Courage to fly. Embody self.
Edmonton · The Full Vision · Phase One
The Space
Feels like
Spa meets Body Sensory Experience that awakens you. Something you don’t have a word for yet. Private. Lux. Alive.
Works like
An immersive sensory environment — sound, steam, light, nature — designed to take you somewhere your mind can’t usually reach on its own.
For anyone who
Needs to land. To be unreachable for a few hours. To remember what their body knows when nobody is asking anything of it.
Built around
The architecture of flight. Six phases. Every room a threshold. A journey with an arrival at the end.
This is not a fix. Not a cure.
It is an invitation to be quiet enough that your body can turn back on.
Before You Enter
No signal. No photos.
You are the document.
Aircrew have known for decades — something shifts the moment you take flight. The signal drops. The body remembers what quiet feels like. The pace of ordinary life cannot follow you up there.
Above Ground is built on that same principle.
The tech-free zone is not a rule. It is the experience.
Phase One · The Galley
Arrival. Stowing. The material self stays here.
Every flight begins before the gate. You arrive as yourself — job title, notifications, the weight of the day. You leave that version in the Galley.
Phone in the cubby. Keys. Wallet. Jacket. You change into linen. Simple. The same as everyone else. Nothing is carried through the door but your body and your breath.
The departure is already happening.
Room · The Galley · North End · Arrival Chamber
What can happen here
Self-directed path
Your journey card is waiting in the Galley. Astrology and breathwork are part of guided journeys. If you’ve booked the space on its own, you move through at your own pace.
How Do You Want to Travel?
Self-directed
Move through the space alone. Follow the clues, your instincts, your body. Multiple routes. Same arrival.
Guided journey
A Threshold Steward walks alongside you through all six phases. Sound, presence, the full passage held.
Just be in it
Book the space. Arrive. Let it wash over you. No agenda, no phases. The space does the rest.
Every path leads to the same place. You, returned to yourself.
Phase Two · The Threshold
The moment of commitment.
You have stowed everything. The door opens and the building receives you. Curved timber ribs arch overhead, widening with each step in. Light falls from the skylights in slow, warm columns.
Leaving the known is the hardest part. It is also the only part you have to do on your own. Everything after this — the space holds.

What can happen here
Self-directed path
Stand in the light coming through the threshold. Stay until something shifts. You’ll know when it does.
Phase Three · The Nave
Above the noise. The reveal begins.
The floor is open, hardwood, warm. At altitude, what has always been there becomes visible.
The stained glass circles cast colour without doctrine. The library wall holds what you came here to sit with. The nave becomes what you need it to be.
The space holds all.
Room · The Fuselage · The Open Nave · Skylights West
What can happen here
Self-directed path
Follow the light. The skylights show you where to stand. Your next clue is somewhere in this room.
Phase Four · The Hammam
Expected. Not dangerous. The plane holds.
Twenty years in the sky taught this: turbulence passes. Your only job is to stop bracing against it.
The hammam is small, low, steamed. Porthole windows look out into stillness. A thin line of amber light runs along the ceiling from outside — a single thread of the above world, held at distance. You are completely held. The density moves through you because the space is designed to let it pass.
Room · The Hammam · East Wall · Steam & Stillness
What can happen here
A note on this phase
We are not offering a cure or a fix. We are offering the quietest room you have been in for a long time. Your body knows what to do with that.
Phase Five · The Nordic Grove
Integration. Coming back changed.
Out here the air is different. Cedar above and below. The grove receives you without asking anything of you at all.
You can hear the city if you listen — but it cannot reach you here.
Time feels like it stops. You will want to stay longer than you planned.
Room · The Nordic Grove · West Side · Fire · Water · Cedar
What can happen here
Self-directed path
Time feels like it stops here. You’ll want to stay longer than you planned. That is exactly right.
Phase Six · The Flight Deck
New ground. You are not where you departed from.
The flight deck faces south. A frosted bow window. Two chairs. Light floods in and nothing looks out.
The landing is witnessed. The arrival is named. This is where the journey becomes something you carry — not a memory of an experience, but a new baseline for what is possible.
Room · The Flight Deck · South End · Two Chairs · One Horizon
What can happen here
The arrival
Not a memory of an experience. A new baseline. You carry this out of the building.
